STB Bank - Jabulani mall pathetic service

Pathetic service that I received in Jabulani Branch. I did an EFT from mt STB acc to another Co. that uses the STB account as well. The funds were withheld. I went into the branch (Jabulani Mall) Such a pathetic service that I have received after waiting for an hour to be served. Once at the consultant she claimed that she is unable to help me to clear finds - even after I explained my dire situation. The Manager hid from me and he could not come out even after I requested to see him. 45 extra minutes just waiting for the Manager. Sies - you are pathetic...
