Stay away from this so called bank if you need peace

This bank is very selfish,I've never missed a payment on either their credit card on vehicle finance when I still had but they're not interested in updating such payments on ITC,more especially at Transunion,I've been monitoring updates on my Transunion and today its the 15 of October and Standard bank hasn't updated my payment till today,when exactly do they ****en think they will update such? All the while we must beg them to update such payments like they're doing us a favour I wouldn't advice anyone who wants a piece of mind to even consider banking wirh them,more reasons why I closed my private banking checque account with them because it wasn't value for money at all,they're arrogant and don't think about their customers,stay away from this nonsense and I can't wait to close this credit card and leave them in peace.
