Stay away from Standardbank Insurance!

Please do not use Standardbank Insurance HOC or SIL. You will get no assistance, their telephone advisors always needs to refer you to a "manager" or department and then nobody calls you back. Been battling for over a month now to get a building claim paid out. They do have excellent callback facilities if you miss an installment. They will call you the very next morning if you need to pay them.
