Stay away from Standard Bank Insurance

Have now for over 2 months a 1,5 m hole in my bathroom wall after pipe leakage, Standard Bank Insurance is not able to send a handyman, yet the one that was here 6 weeks ago was useless, now they want to pay me a ridiculous amount of money to fix it myself, but if i have to fix it myself, why would i need a freakin expensive insurance??? Sent an email on Wed to Standard Bank Insurance to complain and since then no answer .... Stay away from Standard Bank Insurance, their service sucks.
