STAY AWAY FROM STANDARD BANK

took out a student loan on the 1st Dec, it was declined. they said to apply again,I did - I received a new ref. they first faxed my documents to the incorrect number!then attached my documents to the wrong ref!I then went to Pickering street, they said to bring all my documents, which I did. 10 visits later, they didn't attach them correctly! they right AND SIGN a letter saying that the loan is approved. I give the letter to the college, the college registers my sister due to the letter stating LOAN APPROVED! my sister is now attending class. what does the bank do? sorry your ref doesn't exist, please come in and reapply??? WHAT THE HELL? we need more paper Work from you? SERIOUSLY? ***********! ********! *********! you right a letter of approval then tell me to come apply again cause my ref doesn't exist? so on what bases was the letter given? now the college has released bursary funds of 9000 due to that APPROVED LETTER! but it's not approved??? so tell me, who is responsible now for funds released due to standard bank?i will ask a family member take the loan out on their name, as this is my sisters third and final year! but I'll find a way to take things further my side
