Status Not Updated At Credit Bureau
<p>Hellopeter</p> <p> </p> <p>l had a credit card with Standard Bank which was closed after I took a loan from them. But now I have a problem because my status was not updated as closed at the credit bureaus. I want that be updated becsuse it affects my credit score.</p>

I received an email from Audrey Sebuelo who said the matter I was complaining about was resolved. As a subscriber to the credit bureaus I logged on to check if it is true. Only to find that everything is still the same as it was. I even sent an email and left voice messages on answering machine but I've never been called.
I am so disappointed because this was not the response I was expecting.

I'm still waiting for my status to be updated at the credit bureaus. When I opened the account, Standard Bank rushed to the credit bureaus to list my name as their new customer. And account was updated every month according to my payment behavior. But now I paid this account in full, they fail to tell them to update it as closed. Please I want this be updated at all the credit bureaus because it affects my credit score.
