Statements via Email

<p>I have been requesting my Vehicle Asset Finance monthly statement to be sent to via email for close on 2 years now. I finally get a mail from Marte Brummer with my email statement as I reqested. This month it is posted again. i call ***again this morning and Sibisiso Nxumalo tells me that the system is not showing that I requested my statements via email and that is why they are being posted to me. I don't understand how they have after 2 years of requesting it via email they have still not changed it, perhaps it is that they are charging me for posted statements. On the envelope they have a massive campaign promoting email statements being free, saving you money, time and being safe. But the incompetant people at the call centre are unable to do that after 2 years? Will I get refunded the cost of 2 years worth of posted statements? No. but they will ask me 10 security questions every month when I pay to call them and request it to be changed. It's unreal how difficult it has been to accept a service that they offer.</p>
