They could not give me 2019 Bank statements All they have is excuses

Totally unacceptable that i cant get my statements from june 2019.
On top of that they charge you R35 a print out which is *****

To protect my friends / Family i dont think its good to Bank with them at All

If i knew this will happened i wouldve never Banked with Standard Bank.
Am losing unessary money thats a need for my family the statement is my only proof to claim.
I guess Standard Bank is ******* as VBS BANK!!!!!!!

I really bringing the EFF in on This matter!
Its my Rights!!! To obtain my statements at any given time and day.
If i dont get my statements we will embarking on Standard Bank doors.
I think EFF must investigate and AUDIT you *****s!!!!
