Statement method and address changed, without consent

You responded on 23/3/2021. And to date I have not received any feedback... instead of phoning me to understand the in dept frustration I have ... u choose to assume what you think is right..... lol ... which is still incorrect I have not received my home statement... as the idiot that worked on my query change my delivery address to the actual residential address. Now the tenants is sitting with my personal letter. I have opted to have all my letters email to my current address. Why did you post it.. I don’t stay there. You changed the mailing method and the damn postal address. Can the manager call me back urgently. Hire competent people.

I received a statement last week, still with the incorrect address on it.
Standard bank please hire competent people. I gave no permission to have my address changed, and not to an address that I’m not staying at. The address on your statement has not been in use for the past 11 years
