Statement fee complaint

I have two accounts with standard bank. A cheque account and a market link account.

I have called in numerous times and requested that my statements be sent via email instead of via the post as I do not want to get charged a R30 fee for statements every month.

Both accounts were changed to email statements and I didn't get charged for 3 months. Now suddenly I'm being charged again.

Every time I call I'm assured that I won't be charged again and every few months I have to call again to change it.
