Statement Charges

<p>I went into Standard Bank Soshaneedt branch on the 15/06/2016 to order a statement for October and November 2015 and the consultant told me it is available on the system I don't need to order .She printed a 2 pager for me.To <span style="font-family: 'Avenir W01';">my utter amazement when I went onto the internet the internet to check my account I found a charge of R367.00 for those 2 pages .I went back on the 20/6/2016 to ask about the charge ,they didn't know how it happened until they asked the manager who said the charge was system generated and they cannot reverse it.I asked for their pricing guide and there is no such charge.The highest charge for an old statement is R52.00 ,I need an explanation on how I got to be charged that much.</span></p>
