Statement and Contract Request

I called to get a settlement quote i was given R7055.70. I then queried previous transactions on this acc because that amount was high; I was referred to Collections& they transferred my call back to General Banking. They couldn't assist me much as the transactions only go as far back as 6 months on his system& he couldn't give me the full transaction history. I asked for a settlement quote since I've paid this account for almost 2 yrs& I did not do any withdrawals since I used the R15000 that I was initially granted. He said the system cannot generate a settlement quote because I previously placed a Stop Debit Order on my bank acc, the only way they can remove this status is by going to a Branch. He only gave me a balance of R6951.65. I asked for my Contract he said I can get it at the Branch. I asked if i go to the Branch would I get the Contract immediately he said I'd first have to go in to log a query& go back to collect the contract. So I'd have to pay for transport& stand twice in the tedious queue just to get a Contract? What i want from the Contract is the Cost of Credit that was presented to me at the time of opening this acc? I asked for a statement& I havent received it
