Statement
I requested archived bank statement on 25/9 referance ***; your delivery date was set for 28/9 yet till date I still do not have the statement I really would like to receive the statement Now you will be charging for these statement; you will have to lower the charged price that I have agreed with, due to the fact that you are overdue As much as I am paying for the statement I am also paying for service delivery
As much I as I would like to argue the covide 19 and working from home , I will not support this as I am working currently from home and I find it more productive the phone rings less there is less staff requesting assistance so SORRY I don't understand why I have still not received the statements
