Good day , I would like to thank Standard bank personal loan Agent ,Samantha Waites .I have never in all the years of having personal loans have I dealt with an Agent who is as efficient and pleasant as Samantha Waites.This is an Agent who dealt with our application diligently and even stayed at work for 2hours extra on a Sarurday to allow us time to submit supporting documents to fast track our application. After returning out calls several times and keeping us informed regarding the application progress it made us feel at ease during the process.
