Stansure left us homeless

Stansure is the worst insurer in South Africa. I lodged a claim on the 28th of June 2021 to repair my ceiling in my lounge. They send a contractor to my home 4 months after my claim was lodged the contract advised Stansure that the roof is collapsing. Suddenly the job has to be tendered Stansure awards the tender to a dishonest company which I reported this company then withdraws from the tender and now they phone me stating they are back on tender

The engenier reported stated the home is unsafe and unlivable.

Stansure has ensured myself and my kids are left homeless since 11 December 2021 we are sleeping our car. And my home has still not been repaired.
