Stansure is the worst insurance company!

On 27 July while I'm 28 weeks pregnant with twins we had an armed ******* at our house. We proceeded to register our claim with stansure. <br> Stansure has sofar taken 9 weeks with our claim and still there's no answer as to when and what will happen with our claim. The assessor has been to the house, there was an investigation after that and today we had to phone yet again as stansure' staff doesn't get back to us with updates on the claim even though they promised to phone every second day. About an hour later there's another investigator that phones and want to set up another meeting. As a client of stansure I won't reccomend them to anyone, they have disappointed on numerous occasions. Last report we had was that our claim is going to standard bank internal for a final verdict. Now there's another investigator that needs to investigate our claim. <br> Since the claim was registered stansure has deducted three payments from my bank account so I'm paying for something I don't have. <br> I feel deceived and mislead by stansure. No one is willing to take responsibility for actions carried out and no one can give us an answer as to how long the claim will take, 9 WEEKS however is UNACCEPTABLE!
