STANSURE DONT WANT TO PAY NOW I AM LIABLE.

i was involved in MVA Oct 2014, 3rd party harassed me at work and took me to small claims court 11 May, 3rd party by this time had never handed in quotes to insurance company even though i gave them all the contact details. Judgement was for 3rd party to hand in quotes, 11 May. 3rd party delivered quotes 01.06.15 which was immediately emailed to standard bank insurance attorneys. According to attorneys, instruction was given to stansure to pay out claim, which was never done. 13.07.15 i find a new summons and judgement letter in my ***EON hole at work, judgement granted against me for R15000 plus interest. I had no idea that claim was not paid or that summons was sent out. Today, attorneys of stanure say their hands are tied as they gave instruction to pay out. I should not be liable for the cost, as i pay my insurance monthly to protect myself in these situations. This has caused tremendous stress in my life, as i have done all i could . My time and work has been hugely interrupted due to this.
