Stansure Authorizing Pirate parts of inferior quality-Incomplete repairs

We had a vehicle accident claim several weeks back, vehicle was sent to Stansure insurer’s panel beaters and when we received the vehicle back a few days later the fog light on the new front bumper replaced as part of claim broke off. We immediately contacted insurer only to be told we must deal directly with repairer, which we declined and insisted it be done via insurer and repairer. Appointment with repairer was arranged and onsite at repairer premises the assessor arrived and according to him the bumper was of poor quality. The insurer approved an inferior aftermarket bumper to replace an original manufacturer’s bumper. I was told by assessor a new bumper would be sourced and we would be notified to bring vehicle in to replace it. We contacted insurer the same day notifying them of proceedings at repairers. That was over 2 weeks ago and to date they have ignored us, without the decency to contact us to acknowledge the repairs required on the original repairs. For all I know they have no intention of resolving poor repairs and are waiting for matter to just disappear. We find the level of customer service experience with this insurer to be dismal, there is a complete lack of communication, concern or simple courtesy to their own clients.
