Stannick Debits - Zero Feed-back

Stannick handed me over to collections. I have been paying on a written off vehicle where and when I can. Suddenly as I requested a statement - which I received for the very first time - the last two transaction state two debits - one for interest and the other for VAT

One do not pay interest when an asset is at collections nor VAT on payments - VAT.

Requested very determined feedback from the call centre who deals with paid up letters and in standard bank it self. There is no feedback. The only feed-back I get is one the threaten me with payment - which happens every month and every month I pay.

THE DEBITED AMMOUNT TOTALS R5000. I trying the rid myself of debt, not incur it...

I DONT KNOW WHERE TO GO.
