Stannic is pathetic!!!

I have been sending mail for 3 Months regarding a car that is been standing in my workshop for almost 2 years. Spoke toe Louis Biccard like twenty times every time he saying waiting for management from standard bank. He gave me the number for Dikedi at Stannic so i phoned her. The client service was pathetic that has got to be the rudest person i ever spoke to. She said i must speak to Defny Mokapo but gave me the wrong number for her. Tried phoning Dekedi back but she is putting the phone down the whole time. Wat kind off client service is this from Stannic absolutely pathetic!!!!!
