stannic have idiots working for them

stannic seems to have idiots working there or are they portraying the image of stannic? bein 10 days late in vehicle payment you hand over for collection charge more interest and the collections company also charge interest how is that assisting the customer? or maybe the collections company is buddies with somebody from stannic so they can also make money - absolutely pathetic - being told because account is behind by 10 days it was handed over and will be repossessed - everybody goes through a bad patch least you can do is assist not be bullies been with stannic for about 10 years and this is the treatment we get.
