Stannic Fleet pathetic service, left for 2 months with no vehicle!

Stannic fleet, we have been without our ford ranger double cab since mid June and only after asking for progress have we ever recieved poor feedback never mind having to have begged for anything to be started and here we find ourselves 2 months down the line still paying premium rates for a vehicle we do not have and need to pay extreme rates for a short term rental. After following up weekly we just get told they are fighting with Ford SA which honestly has nothing to do with us. You have an obligation and contract with us that you are not fullfilling causing us great dipleasure and for sure a huge negative perception to ever use Stannic fleet again! FYI... you will notice we had sevral vehicles through Stannic and of current, the 1 in question is the last still with you! We have made all the necessary precautions to ensure we do not land up in the situation where we are without a vehicle for a period of time but here we find ourselves due to your pathetic service!
