STANNIC BANK - Vehicle Finance

I have had atrocious service from Stannic Bank and would like to make this public. One of my Liberty Life Policies matured but was ceded to Stannic plus minus 25 years ago. Stannic subsequently failed to notify Liberty Life once the car was paid of (MANY MANY YEARS AGO). On the 13th April I went to Standard Bank in Westville who could not assist but made a phone call to Stannic and let me talk. Needless to say I was on the telephone for 40 minutes and transferred to seven different people who brushed me off from one person to the next. Angry and frustrated I slammed the phone down and walked away. All I want is for Liberty Life to pay me out my money, why can Stannic not give me notification to that effect. What is so hard to understand?
