STANDRAD BANK DELAYING MY PAID UP LETTER

I paid of my personal loan with Standard bank almost 2 months ago already. The account was handed over to Creditwox, I then submitted my proof of payment and bee nawaiting a paid up letter and updating of my credit profile but Creditwox tells me that Standard bank is delaying issuing a paid up letter and update my credit profile accordingly. This is holding me back because I need to buy a car!
