standing for too long

i came to deposit money at the standard bank maponya branch. I got here at 11, i am still standing in a queue at 12:30, atleast if they can develop an easier way of making the line move faster. It is very ridiculous for clients to stand on their feet for that long. The tellers take forever to assist one person... Very very bad. Please people you need to work on it especially knowing the area and community. It gets too packed. Restructure your systems of working. Il refer you to the banks at eastgate mall, E.g ABSA, get some ideas from them... Very smooth system
