Standerton Standard Bank bad service

Thuli Mahlangu she showed me away because of documents I had there but she was not in the mood for working and then told me I had the wrong documents I then visited the bank again a few days later asking them where I could find the correct documents an other nice lady help me and told me that the documents u have has no errors and is in order I found out that im not the only client to complain about Thuli Mahlangu but did not take action to stop the bad client service so I took the necessary steps to complain about the bad service she gave me
