Standerd bank most unfriendly and incompetant bank

Standerbank have put me up at a lawyer and i am not even in arrears. I made extra payments towards the account and they keep on asking for the proof and that I have forward. But they still send me letters saying they did not receive it. They keep on harrasing me. Are not at all competant and utterly unfriendly. I kerp on replying and calling. Every time they say they will look into it but then I receive a message saing That I am unresponsive. They are not helpfull nor competant. The bank only refer you back to these incompetant lawyers when you try to resolve it at the bank itself. Frustrating.
