Standbank Lansdowne - ZERO SERVICE!!!
Worst service experience!!! A trip to the branch and empty promises after money (nearly R20k) got stuck in ATM due to paper jam. Standbank Lansdowne telephones unanswered for 3 days- appalled and disgruntled that I had to send my son to the branch with a cellphone hoping to get some attention - even that failed. All we got was refusal unprofessionalism and ZERO SERVICE!! Fadiel Fraser - a pathetic excuse for a bank manager!!
