Standbank homeloans, SPEAK TO ME!!!!

I desperately need to get a “Bond Holders concent” to make an alteration to my home. The plans have been changed but I need to get their permission to submit the plans. There is simply no direct number/email address for the Home-loans department.

I have repeatedly call the main Standard Bank switchboard, been told they “experiencing a high caller rate” and they will get someone to call me back in, between 4/24 hrs.

And ….. Nothing.

Please help!
