Standbank Does not care and willing to buy Poorly Build House

We are 5 standardbank home loan account holders and informed the bank that the new houses were built poorly and not even according to the plan and that we are not happy with the purchase. We sent them all the reports from a reputable house inspector and they sent someone to evaluate and saw that the house were of poor quality. Now they don't want to get involved and left us fighting with the developer and his bullying tactics. My neighbour's bed still can't get up the stairs and she has to sleep in the other bedrooms and that is how badly these guys build. The absa clients in the same complex are also complaining about the same thing and absa is actively involved and they even have a directly line and also used our reports to investigate the complaints while standardbank choose to not be involved . I'm really shocked that standard bank does not care about their clients as we don't have any support and have to fight on our own. This means that standardbank is willing to pay the developer if we can't sort it out and is totally acceptable. I'm done with standardbank after this as i don't need someone that does not care about my concerns and i'm not even sure who standardbank favours here. I saved so much money and made to many sacrifises to save up for the deposit but now i will loose R200 000 because standard bank does not get involved.
