Hi,<br> <br> I have log a fault with standardbank and it been 17 days waiting to get the problem solved.<br> I tweeted standardbank but I was TOTALLY IGNORED while other customers where getting attention on tweeter. What I really don't understand why are my tweets where ignored while other tweets are responded to.
