Standartd Bank call centre is a joke

Standard bank call centre is a macabre joke designed to test ones patience to the outer limits. All I want is to speak to someone at the Fourways crossing branch to make an appointment and I get the run around. No one knows the direct number and every time I get put through it just rings and ring until doomsday.<br> <br> I even dialed the head office number and no one there that I spoke to knew the number and just referred me to the call centre.....oh wow well done standard bank ...just keep moving indeed....
