Standarnd bank worse bank ever
I have called Standard bank about 10 times complaining about statements i said you should stop sending me your statement R25 is too much for something i dont need i seems like you are taking my request for granted is better for me to change to a bank where my voice is gonna be heard

29 May 2019, 11:28I think now is time to take me serious i have been complaining about samething for a month,i was always told that i wont receive the statement via post i said this many times i wasted alot of airtime complaining but you still tellimg me that from next month i will receive statement via email what you telling me is what i always get when i am calling,if i need statement i will go to the bank and print it i need my 25rands back i am tired of complaining about same thing
