Standards bank *****ing money through cash sends and money transfers by refusing to issue debit card

It's been almost a month that I'm struggling to get my debit card from Standard bank. They blatantly refuse to send me my card knowing very well that they are making a more money out of me because I have to make cash send transactions and transfer money into my kids' accounts just to get by. I've been sending them emails for the longest of time and yet they just don't care. Is there perhaps another way for me to get my card out of them? Of anyone reads this, please advice since these people just do not care. And please, whatever you do, don't open an account with these people. I've made the mistake and I've been paying for that mistake since the fist day I've opened this account. If anyone reads this, please advise.
