Standards bank business pathetic service
I have no luck with any help from my private banker Nandipha Ganyile. This is on going from January if you’ll pull up my records if I require anything I always have to call in or go through other people to assist me with her job , not sure if she even works there or what she gets paid for. I want another person assigned to my account.
Also I have app**** for commercial bond I want to know if she has submitted anything or did anything because I have tried to enquire today again totally ignore.Akhona solilo is so helpful actually response and always willing to help.
I even want to change to FNB because of Nandipha , I have all the proof of emails and message sent to her and emails where I have to email my personal banker to get her to assist.
