Standardbanks debt collectors(MBD) are the worse

My standardbank credit card account was handed to MBD debt collectors I cant contact them because their phones are not being answered when you tell the legal department they cant help you,its like they enjoy to see you suffer with debt.How can I finish paying the account if I dont know how much am I owing worse bank ever.Why dont they follow up on why are people not paying.
