Standardbank via McRoberts Attorneys - no Customer Service

I've requested McRoberts Attorneys various time to contact me after 16:00 in the afternoon. I've sent various e-mails to their offices as well as to Standardbank, but they keep on calling me during office hours.

I'm making my payments every month and still they do not assist.

I worked for a debt collection agency and we phoned the people after hours if that meant that you can make contact with them.

McRoberts Attorneys on behalf of Standard Bank don't care to go the extra mile to phone me just after 16:00. It seems as when the clock hist 16:00 the employees of McRoberts Attorneys is gone for the day.
