Standardbank vehicle finance no customer satisfaction.

I tried to make contact with Standardbank for almost an hour over the phone. I then had to go into Tygermanor Branch. Very helpful staff, did the application, got the ref no. Consultant will call me. 7 days later and still waiting, despite making contact every working day. Wrong dept answering everytime, promising to escalate it to sales dept. Still nothing. Their vehicle sales dept is non existent, frustrating, to say the least.
