STANDARDBANK VEHICLE ASSET FINANCE

This is my third complaint about my vaf account, ***01, ino EC van der Westhuizen. On 6 January 2015, I phoned VAF to get a settlement figure. The amount quoted to me was R5333.83. I immediately paid it via the internet from my cheque account. in other words the account will be closed in 3 days time according to the consultant on the phone. On the fourth day I phoned, I realized that the account was not closed and the consultant on the phone assured me that this will be done. After that I phoned again to complain about the debit order that went off on the 20th of January 2015. No they will refund it. I am still waiting. On 20 Feb they took another R1703.39. How is this possible? I really need a reply on this. They record all calls so go and listen to the one on 6/1/2015. I WANT MY MONEY BACK THIS IS POOR SERVICE.
