Standardbank VAF refusing to cancel my debit order

<p>I contated Standardbank VAF call centre to request manual payments and to cancel debit order. The call centre agent insisted that I have to go to the branch to cancel debit orders. I then went to the Hillcrest branch in Pretoria on 8/3/2017 and they could not do it. I phoned call centre again with the branch consultant,there was just confusion between them and nobody knows what to do. It was a complete waiste of my time and it displayed complete inadiquacy on Standardbank.</p>
