Standardbank trust and insurance claim from diseased estate

Good day as this is my second review on standardbank trust. We are not happy with the trust section. As we received a form of liquidation to go threw and we were asked for paper work that has been done at there premises in 2020 now they want the information again as my daughter whom handled all with may elderly father passed away last year in April 23 , 2023 had not received any of the so called jewelery as my mom passed away in Glynwood hospital and we never received the left over jewelry that was a ring and necklace price on it we don't know as it was to long ago and then as the vehicles in the trust is not up to Date one was ****** we sent that document and the other vehicles are behind because of the trust we could not have taken out any one of the licenses and for that reason now we are back to waiting I have sent the emails threw to the trust and no answer we are tyred as there is no Funds left how the trust paid everything and some people double we cannot move forward as we need the insurance money now to fix this building and move on but the trust is keeping us back and for that as we do not even know if the insurance money is still in the deceased estate so we are really upset as there is no answers on any of our questions please do assist the way forward as I do write my review and do not get answers we do not know what to do thank you
