Standardbank treats the victim like a ********

13 February I went to the Mooi River Mall Standard bank ATM to draw R200.00 for the next day's athletics event where one is not able to pay entry fees with a debit card. I waited behind several people in the queue and then it was only me and two guys with me behind them. They said a few words to each other, the one man was finished and moved up. I stood with my blue debit card. When the guy moved up I was ready to go closer to the ATM and he warned me that the ATM gives problems and to put the card in a bit skew, so I said no I'll be fine I'll wait behind the other guy, on which instant he grabbed the card out of my hand pushed it into the ATM and pressed a button!! I was astonished and felt so out of control. I immediately cancelled the transaction in order to get my card out of the ATM but it didn't come out. I phoned the crime line TWICE, with TWO references but by that time my limit was drawn from an ATM over the road. The crime line phoned me 10 (23/2/15) days after the incident telling me that since I didn't phone the crime line and have no references they are NOT going to give me the money back! They didn't even ask for the references! So I AM the ********! They just assumed
