Standardbank take vehicle insurance money without consent !

It has been 2 months and there incompetant staff still cant sort out the issue regarding my vehicle finance were they just add there own insurance without consulting with me. They then just take the money which in my opinion is ***** as they do not have my consent, they ask me for proof of insurance which i have now sent through twice and still nothing has been resolved but they just carry on taking the money ! If they look at the paperwork of when i took delivery of the vehicle i had to provide proof of insurance and it is still insured with the same people !!!!!! Now my account is in arrears as they just push their debit order through even though i made a payment of the corrected amount directly into the account for the vehicle !!!
