Standardbank Sharing my personal information
I received a VERY ALARMING email this morning from Standardbank Debt Review Department. On this email it has been confirmed that my credit agreement information has been shared with my debt counsellor, well guess what I am not under debt review? I need to understand why my information (which should be held confidential) was shared without my permission? I also need to understand why I got this email in the first place. Please do not send a generic response to my complaint. I want you to launch an investigation regarding a breach of my personal information being shared without any VALID business reason from your end and also why it was shared without my permission. I also need a reference for this investigation.
