Standardbank reopens dorment account

<p>After not being a client with this expensive bank since 2007, my account remained open, till I got black listed in 2013 for not paying my access account accumulated costs. I payed the amount after multiple unpleasant phone calls. I was assured the account was closed, when handed over as to not accumulate more costs, I still have the settlement letter, however now I receive sms that the account is in arrears again.</p>
