Standardbank refuse to talk to us while debt is growing. Who is responsible now?
I am struggling for three years now to sell a house in a diseased estate while i have cash offers for the house. The house is empty sins lock down started last year. The debt is rising and Standardbank refuse to talk to us so that we can do the deal with the buyers. We have contacted everybody and nobody came back to us with a decision and the debt on the house has already risen with R100 000. Who is responsible for that debt while Standardbank refuse to help?
