Standardbank not helping

<p> </p> <p>I would like to lodge a complaint to whoever want to listen,</p> <p> </p> <p>I want to know how standardbank can add R180000 of interest on a amount of R85000 and they don’t even explain why.</p> <p> </p> <p>Is there any way that somebody wants to help with this issue.
