STANDARDBANK NOT ACCOUNTABLE

i have been dealing with standardbank for over 3 months now since the 1 year anniversary of my fathers passing , he was the one banking with them and the estate is with them. my mother and i struggling to get any assistance with regards statements and actual documentation of the policies my father had with them . my father took out a bond with them with a life cover attached to it , BUT THERE IS AN OUTSTANDING BALANCE THAT S OWED? There are other credits accounts that he had with them that had credit life insurance too but AND THE CLAIMS HAVE BEEN REPUDIATED , on what grounds we dont know. i have been requesting standardbank for answers for the past 3 months and no one is able to assist with what going on , the lawyers handling the estate have requested for answers but nothing is happening .......this is an absolute shocking service from such a big brand NO ONE IS TAKING ACCOUNTABILITY FOR MY FATHERS ESTATE , soon my mother will be held accountable for these outstanding debts that had life insurance on them but CLAIMS ARE NOT PAID ...... we need answers to what is happening
