Standardbank Montana, Kolonade Pretoria

Service is a concept that is not understood at the Kolonade branch of Standardbank. Access is still controlled as if we are on level 3 lockdown. Not enough staff to service the customers. Its a Friday afternoon and only one teller is available. This is not the first time that I experience the lack of urgency in this place. More than 20 people in the bank, maybe 10 or more sitting outside waiting and I see maybe 5 staff members .
