Standardbank lost my bond papers

Ok so this is my second complaint on the same transaction. Property transfer can still not happen because the deeds office is looking for my second bonds paperwork that Standard Bank lost. This transaction is already 6 months down the line. I expect someone from Standard Bank to resolve this today or I will take legal action. Every day cost me money on interest and this situation has put me in massive financial difficulty. I expect Standard bank to up their standards and take responsibility for their bad admin and system errors. This is not acceptable!!
